Support for Educators

Pilinut Press offers a number of resources to assist educators.

The Reference Desk provides free lesson plans, articles on developing reading-related skills, reading score information, book discussion questions, word games and puzzles, and activity sheets for our entertaining and educational books. New material is added each month. All of this material is free for you to use in your classroom.

Subscribe to our newsletter to get the latest updates on additions to our website and company news.

The Fundraising Program can help fund an Author Visit or some other need at your school.

The Interviews author and illustrators can be used for research material for a classroom writing project.

The “Ask the Author” service is a fun way to motivate kids to write. Your class can exchange e-mail with a working author. Feel free to ask questions about the process of writing a book or what it is like to be an author.

The Calendar of Fun Celebrations for Learners lists unusual holidays celebrating learning-related events.

Our books are designed to help ESL teachers by providing extensive glossaries including phrases which do not translate literally. The books are collections of stories making each story a manageable size for an ESL learner. The stories have broad appeal and will be enjoyed by ESL readers of all ages. The Word Searches and Activity Sheets are also appropriate for any age of student.
