Celia loves creating beauty of all kinds. She is an award- winning photographer and a multimedia artist. Celia earned a degree in Business from Indiana University, Bloomington, Indiana and in Systems Engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School, Monterey, California. A renaissance woman, she is also a co-inventor of a patented antenna design. Celia served 21 years as an officer in the U.S. Army. She now enjoys gardening and creating books with her husband, Mack. |
